One clear, front-facing photo, and that is the whole setup. You do it once for the event, not once per photographer or per day.

We find you
Every photo and every video the media team uploaded gets checked for you, across all the days of the event and across all the folders they shot into.
Video too, not just stills.

Open your gallery
Your matches land in a private gallery. Confirm the ones that are you, then keep them in full resolution. Some events include that, others charge for it.

The details
What that looks like across a real weekend
A festival is three days, four photographers, and a video team. The matching is built around that, not around a single upload.
It keeps working after you upload
Media arrives over the course of a festival, usually overnight between days. New photos are matched against your selfie as they land, and you get a note when more of you turns up.
Video is matched, not skipped
Most photo finders stop at stills. We search event video for you as well, so a set you danced in is findable the same way a photo is.
Multiple days become one gallery
Festivals shoot across days, rooms, and several photographers. All of it consolidates into a single event, so you are not checking five folders.
Nothing is yours until you say so
Matches arrive pending. You confirm what is actually you and reject what is not, which is also how the matching gets better for your next event.
Your face, your call
The part worth being clear about
Face matching should come with a straight explanation, so here is ours without the legal voice.
Only the selfie
Your selfie is the one face we store. The event photos are searched when we look for you, and never added to a face database themselves.
Your gallery is private
Other attendees do not see your matches, and you are not browsing theirs.
You can delete it
Remove it from your account settings and it stops being used for matching.
